My project car is now FOR SALE. :cry: Im in SoCAL

Everything that i havent listed here, injectors, turbo, manifolds, ect, is stock and in VERY good condition. There is nothing wrong with any of the parts that are on this car.
Now heres the reason Im selling this car for so cheap:
1) The head is off the block. I have a new head that you need to put on it. Its in perfect condition.
2) When i bought the car, it had 85,000 original miles with the KA motor as well. I bought it from a kid that rear ended a lady. There was only MINOR, and I REALLY MEAN MINOR damage to the front end. The hood needed to be replaced, the radiator (which i got with my front clip), and 1 fender and headlight.
As you can see, Ive worked my ass off on this car. Ive spent all my lifes savings, all my time, my blood and sweat, my tears, everything into this car.
I did everything correctly and BY THE BOOK. No parts on my car are knock-off, for instance, TODA parts. Those cams and valve springs are rediculously expensive if u know what im talking about.
If i have missed anything, cus im sure i did. i will edit the post.
Now the REASON im selling:
Im starting a new business and it will launch it when SEMA show comes along. Therefore i need to cut out all my projects and save money. I need to live on this money until my business starts generating enough money to live on. I hate to part with this car, especially since its almost done. But i cannot wait, and i need the money. There are some things that are more important to me, then building my own personal cars. And now that i live in an apartment, i have no space to work on the car at all.

i also have a S14 Sr20det head, with valves, titanium retainers, springs, assembled and in perfect condition that i will throw in with this sale. Its just another head that i had for back up.
AND, I am willing to consider trading this car for an S14 bone stock or close to it with a KA24DE motor for a daily driver. OR, s13 w/sr20det. Im very open to offers.
I dont have a digital camera and will not ship the car. Local buyers only please. You are more then welcome to check out the car.
