they put heavy weight oil in the center section to add a bit of lubrication when you buy turbos new.
you can tell it was new, 0 carbon buildup on the exhaust wheel

the compressor housing doesnt look like garrett...

wouldnt this be a direct bolt on with no mods other than tossing on the turbo?

its probably dirt from laying around for so long lol
he just sold his s13 :( so he is doing something new
