if so, im interestedYup, its, pretty much, get in the car, shut the driver side door and lock it, put the key in and out of the ignition about 10 times within 10 seconds or so and the hazard lights will flash, once they flash you then hit lock on the remote and that's it, its programmed.

is this an option on some 240s? I'm wondering i have a 95 non-SE and don't know if it will work ... if so, i'd be interested (and if it's available)

if you dont have remote entry, then this obviously wont work, this is basically a replacement remote say if you lost yours or broke it, all you have to do is buy his and reprogram it.

I've got a 95 base model, but I have a little red blinking light on the left side of my dash, would that be the remote entry? I bought the car on ebay last year, so I have no clue if it had it or not, I just got a set of keys.

base model i dont know, but if you have a "factory" redlight that blinks when you lock the door (the light should be on the right of your either rear window defrost or hazard light i forgot and should say alarm or security) then it might work, as long as your car comes with factory alarm and keyless then it should work.
