^I dont think that I would ever buy one, but your not a crack head if you buy one. I just believe that I could build a lot more car for the money. They are very sick though.

What kind of crackhead calls a Carrera GT a GT2? :hammer:

Sure you could build a better car for the money, but they look AMAZING, it's not just for the performance, for me it's about the whole package... :ughd:

I bet one silicone carbite brake rotor cost more than our cars, good luck with building a much more car than that on 15 yr old chassis

The stability, reliability, driveability, immense power, stiffness, safety, and sex appeal of a super car are close to impossible to duplicate. You would be sacraficing a lot of those qualities in taking persay a 350z and attempting to make it preform the same way. There are other supercars that you could buy and upgrade to near the performance for less then the price of a Carrera GT but thats not the entire deal =)
Rarely do you get to see somebody drive one of these cars how they need/want to be

Guy seems to be a good driver, but the car has too much power. I'd still get one if I was as rich as the fuck with the garage full of billions in exotics.

Thanks for the neg rep L1ama, too bad it doesn't do SHIT 'cuz you're in the red. There's a reason you're neg-repped so much. Go annoy people on 240sxforums or something...

damn, that engine sounds mean. and sure, you can build something that handles better for cheaper, but it won't be as comfortable or look nearly as nice. and no, you won't be able to use a nissan to do it. the center of gravity on that car is ridiculously low. the clutch disk is only 6 inches in diameter so that they could mount the engine as low in the chassis as possible.

some young white guy that lives by me has one. he alway drives like a punk and does unnesessary revving. he revs when hes waiting at the signal lights and last time at Chevron, he had to rev 4 time before he left.

Not a lot of action in the video, but still interesting.

Man there's a lot of hatred/jealousy (haters?) in this thread.

That car is badass, it sounds sick and it looks like a great time sliding it around like that. Who the hell on this board can honestly say they wouldn't take one if they could afford it? If you can afford that car you can afford many others like it, "custom built for cheaper" or not.....
