I have a set of SSR KOENIG 3PCS,
18x9.5 +28 3” lip
18x10.5 +28 3¾” lip
These are perfect for S14!! The condition, as you can see in the picture, they all have curb rash but noting really too bad. They are not cracked or bent!! One of the fronts center caps paint is peeling (can be painted). And they are couple of small nicks here and there on center pieces. how much would you paint the center and polish the lips?

I can make the lips look brand new for $200 or so (have to check on monday for exact price)!! about the centers they need to be powercoated or I can polish them if you want !!
