so i started painting my car yesterday, took some pictures of while i was sanding and my first coats of paint...for the two tone on the bottom, after im done with the bottom im gonna leave it for a week or maybe a month or so, but so far so good the color i chose is cast coat iron it looks badass with my already gold car im going to paint the top basically like almost the stock two tone grey silver color

im pretty sure im going to use the rustoleum idea only because i dont know how reliable spray cans are. does the paint last? if i use rustoleum cans would that be bad? im just curious, most likely im going to just roll my paint on because that seems to be whats working right now ill post pics in a min i have to upload them from my camera

Edit: you can find the pictures at www.geocities.com/vatche28

Edit #2: geocities sucks i hit some transfer limit blah blah so i put them on photobucket hope they dont do the same shit

Ive been a Krylon type of guy and there paints are good and cheap. Rustoliem has car specific paints and primers but ive noticed that the paint chips failry easliy, Also take off you're lights and mask you're car right from what It looked like in a few shots it looked like you didnt take you're time and put tape like what ever on. Mask it right or take off what ever is in you're way so you can have a good area to spray on. If you need more advice or help let me know I used to be in autobody and I know a couple of things.

Good luck.
