Searched. People say their cool, people say their good. But my question:
They are more expensive then other brands. So, what do you guys think? Are they worth buying? Is the performance/style that much different (on an s14) then say eibach, tanabe, tein, ect..?
Im thinking of getting some...

Definitely superior to all those brands. Ill let ASpec Logan go into detail as hes more familiar with them than I.

I have swift springs on my EVO IX MR. (highly recommended
to me by Logan.
All I can say about them is they are GREAT!!!
They do not make for a rough ride at all.
They do provide with the exact amount of drop
with instantly felt performance increase. The evo is
my DD so no coilovers for me and these did the job.
If they produce springs like these for the 240 I say go
for it.

If we are talking about Comp Spec (i.e coilover replacements) then here's a quick rundown of their advantages over other brands:
- Cold wound spring
- No fatigue or spring sag over time
- Truly linear spring rate
- Titanium based spring composition is lighter vs. competitor brands
The Sport Mach lowering springs are light as hell versus other brands, seriously, if you pick up a box of them you gotta double check inside to make sure there's 4 springs in there haha.

jdm_s14_zenki: Please don't sell Swift on ebay, doesn't make sense to do so. Leave Tein S-Tech for that.

I use swift springs up front on my Apexi N1 PRO. I bought 9K springs that are an inch shorter in length to allow me to lower the car more and to be able properly corner balance it when the time comes. I like them because they are light and they work well. Definitely better than the stock 8K apexi springs that came with these coilovers. I noticed that the NAMS cars run swift springs with N1 PRO's as well.

Thanks for the info. I dont even have ebay or paypal so theres no way i can sell them there, besides it was just a thought since theres someone else already selling on ebay..Eventually, the same thing is gonna happen to Swift, just like all other Jap products. Whored out. Already whored out for WRX from what ive seen. Just a matter of time. And as for Tein S-Techs, i dont like making $10 a set. I just got some of the swifts last nite though, and ur right. they are lighter. I compared them with the H&R springs i have sitting here and DAMN. At least shipping wont be as expensive.

I've been trying to decide between the H&R and the Swift Mach springs for my s14....
I know H&R is like 1.8f and 1.6r iirc.... how much do the Mach springs lower the car?

What is the drop on standard-style (stock style) springs for S13? And what are the rates? How do they compare quality-wise and ride-wise with KGMM springs? I'm currently running the S21 SuperSports, but might be interested in an upgrade sometime.

I've never rode in KGMM before, but from a quality standpoint I'd prefer Swift. Not to mention that Swift has US support while KGMM does not.
Here are the specs for the SPORT MACH lowering springs line:

Based on that they're a good bit softer than the S21 SS I've got. It's true that KGMM doesn't have US support, but honestly, what support would I need for coil springs? Not trying to be rude :D
I fear a lot of potential buyers may not like the minimal drop of the Swifts. It shows a lot of thought in the engineering, e.g. keeping a lot of travel with stock-style struts, but the car won't look too lowered...

Eh, that is true, I wasn't really talking about lowering springs as much as the coilover replacement springs. It does matter to have US support however in certain cases.
The Sport Mach line is MEANT to work in balance with stock setup / shocks.
But yeah, its not gonna slam your ride, but long term performance will be the benefit.

from what ive heard from REAL enthusiasts, swift springs are unmatched in durability, quality, and performance. And everyone that has them say that they are either the best, or one of the best. Why would RE Amemiya use them on his cars if they werent the best? Not that i know shit about springs, but i Guess i'll try em and see how they feel. i dont think i'll be dissapointed..

Let's remember that we are differentiating between Swift's two lines:
Sport Mach
Comp Spec
Sport Mach is their line of lowering springs (ride quality)
Comp Spec is their line of coil springs, used to replacement in mainly coilovers, custom setups etc (performance)

any idea when swift is going to bring over their super mach coilovers??
they arent going to
i've been hoping/waiting for them, but it isnt feasible right now for swift
the US market loves "budget" coilovers, not the GOOD stuff
the comp spec lineup allows you to upgrade your springs on any coilover, i can get you any custom spring from swift
any KG, any freelength, and the inner diameter to match
i have all the specs to match up to whatever brand/model coilover you have
