Tokico Struts help

I have tokico d-spec 16 way adj struts on my 95. it came with a cool little keychain adj tool. I lost the tool awhile ago and just got my struts put on. It rides abit rough so I wanted to adjust them, but alas, none of my alan keys fit. does anyone know what size the adjustment key is or where i can get another? I called tokico but no one was there. thx

ok, so I got my settings taken care of. I have one question though, are their any negatives to running a soft suspension?
