Act heavy duty pressure plate vs. extreme pressure plate

how much is a difference between the heavy duty pressure plate and the extreme. going to run a street disc on my 95 s14. just want to know how the pressure feels for you guys thanks.

the heavy duty pressure plate is almost as soft as stock feel. i have this clutch for my stock KA 95 s14. the one that holds up to 266tq. its grips great. the extreme pressure plate is a little bit stiffer, so it all depends on what you want. i recommend the heavy duty one since the extreme pressure plate might be a bit too much for your master and slave cylinders to handle, and might end up with some problems because of overpressure on such an old part.
