Hi, i am new to this forum and had a few questions....
i drive a 95' s14 (zenki) and was planning to do an sr20det swap soon, along with a few other things...now i have done my research and have got mixed reviews on quite a few things...so i'm asking these questions here as u guys would probably know more than most other ppl..
ok...so -first off =
- how much does a typical sr20det swap (s14 blacktop) cost (including labor)?
- which would be a better choice for build up (s13 redtop, s13 blacktop, s14 blacktop)?
- how much would it cost to do the engine swap + stage 1?
- where can i find hid retro-fit kits?
- how much do hid retro-fit kits cost? and which ones are reccomended?
- what type of coilovers should i get? its gonna be my daily driver/weekend autocrosser but i dont mind at all about the comfort level as long as it makes the car handle well...
- what other supporting mods would u guys reccommend on the sr20det(again, its the s14 blacktop) while its being put in?(boost controller, etc..)
- exhaust system?(i like the n1 dual exhaust but i dunno...)

all advice and websites would be much appreciated...
thanks

before you get flamed really bad you might want to search for all this, it can all easily be found if you do so, otherwise ur gonna be upset at the answers you recieve from these questions because they have all been covered so many times on here and its rather pointless for yet another thread to be started on it. so yea jus try the search for ur questions and you will be surprised on how much info you've gotten

This thread's title should be changed to

"n00b that needs some search...=D"

Does stating, "I searched" mean, "I thought zilvia would read my mind and a plethora of information would fill my screen without me lifting a finger".

s14?... aww. Now nubs can afford s14's. Great...

No need to continue flaming this thread, just to raise your post count. I call:lockd:

You know what, Mel?
... I agree, this thing dies now, having been done to death, nothing good can come from it remaining open.
