Up for sale is a Hpi nitro rs4, this thing is super fast, I don't really want to sell it, it's worth about $500.00, but I need the money to repair my damaged 240 so I can drive it again.

radio is the one that it came with, not sure on the model no. Mods are: air filter, muffler, suspension, wheels and tires, brand new bumper support, a few minor scratches on the chassis, nothing big, no other damage, besides the blue skyline body has a rip on the front. and no the glow pug ignitor does not come with it.

If this is an original RS4 or RS4-2, its a keeper. The original ones were by far the best chassies. I have raced an RS4 for 5 years and its the best r/c i ever owned. Good luck on the sale, $250 is a good deal.

yup it's an original Rs4, I've had it for a long time, it still runs as good as the day I bought it, only faster:2f2f: :naughty: :) its an awesome car.

sorry if I'm mistaken, but i am 100% positive that's not an original rs4. That car has its engine mounted longitudinally, while the original and rs4-2 engines mount traversely. Your car looks like the rs4-3.

When I took the front drive shaft off, I remounted the engine longitudinally, my friend did it to his Rs4, and said it was much easier to work on, I liked the way it looked, and it's easier to pull start that way, so I did the same.:2f2f:

WTF?? Just so you know I work at my local hobbyshop (Hobby People) and I'll tell you right now there is now way you would be able to mount your engine like that if that even was a rs4 1 or 2. Im 100% sure thats an Rs4 3.

well, I did buy it used, but they sold it to me in the original box it came in, which was an Rs4 Pro box, Now I'm not an expert on R/c cars, but unless the guys over at Hobbytown U.S.A were lying to me, I'm pretty sure it's an Rs4 Pro. And the engine, when I bought it, was on the opposite side. I'm gonna take some more close up pictures of it tonite. I don't think I'm wrong, but I could be. Nevertheless, it's still a great car.

Still For Sale

Its an RS4-3 RTR. The engine is a HPI 15FE, and the radio is made by Airtronics. There is no way to mount the engine transversly on the RS4-3. The fact that its shaft driven is a dead giveaway. Its still a good car.

So you guys are 100% sure that this is an Rs4-3? Then I guess I'll go with the majority, but I'm telling you, when I bought the car, the engine was on the other side, with no exhaust, and a friend of mine, (Jacob) told me to mount it on the other side, he knows more about R/c's so I listened to him.

THE CAR IS STILL FOR SALE...$250.00 OBO.
