other then the Dealer and Junkyard, where else can I get relays for my fuel pump?

They're for the most part pretty much all the same.

i'm pretty sure you can get them through autzone/kragens etc.

SPST relays, yes. The DPST and DPDT relays Nissan uses can't be found anywhere else.
