I am selling my 240SX it has 113K miles on the chassis and less than half that on the motor and transmission. It is a clean title with no frame damage and has had only sheet metal damage (see car domain) at one point which has been repaired with all the exterior work you see here. The car runs well and drives like a modified 240SX should. I wouldn’t cross country the car but it has easily handled trips to LA. This is not another half-assed 240SX, it was built with good parts and worked on by the best in the bay area.
It seems however all good things must come to an end. I am selling my 240SX because it has come time for me to put more focus on my future housing situation and professional career. I really hate to see this car go especially with all the long nights of hard work I have put into it, but you can make my loss your gain. This car would be great for grip, drift, or just flossing around your local Q-Cup (or whatever tickles your fancy). I built the car with the intention of using only high quality parts and those that give the car a unique and rare style.
The car is built to be well balanced, with a stiff suspension, sticky tires and moderate power. Of course you can always turn up the boost and throw some not so massive tires like the 275s on there right now and have a fun forte into drifting. The choice is yours once you own the car. Oh and as far as ownership goes, you also get a few added bonuses! A Cover Craft custom fit blue car cover, and not one but three 17 inch drift wheels with tires that you can convert into a gaseous cloud of rubber.
I am looking for candidates that are serious about purchasing the car, have the money ready, and are responsible enough to pilot the car. Last thing I want to see is my masterpiece wrapped around a pole because you thought it would be fun to drift the intersection.
So how much you might say? Well if you want to play calculator there is easily 40K into the car, probably closer to 50 including the labor etc. I am taking offers but expect them to be around the 20K mark. A VERY fair price considering all that you are getting. That’s easily half what the car is worth in work and mods. If you tried building one like this yourself with all your “hookups” you’d go well over 20K and still have to wait months and months for the parts. The cars is basically 100% new except for the chassis & internals of the motor. This car is magazine worthy and has not been published, I let your reap the benefits of the editorial.
Last time I posted the car to test the waters, I was flooded with inquiries, but lets get serious about the sale this time around, I am very busy and don’t have time for you just to come see that car and get a free ride. Those that know 240SX’s know what to expect from the mods the car has listed below.
So if you are interested you can reach me ONLY by email at [email protected] I will respond promptly.
