my 1 and 2 are leaking where the injector is crimped together....the intake plenum will have a yellow/brown stain around the bottom where the leaking fuel gathers and dries up. or and u can just watch them seep fuel.

inj are not hard at all to do. just make sure you dont hydro lock ur engine and be sure to turn your engine over a few times with the plug out for the cylinder you changed.

and there is no reason to "just change" your injectors due to age. they are not a "maintence item" its not like a oil change

check the resistence on them then if one is out of spec replace that one.

now if you had a 300zx tt and had someone else do it for money one inj is already bad then maybe changing all of them at once will be a better idea

but not on a ka24de or sohc engine they are easy. esp the dohc

well the car is in the shop now i had a prob with it on sat. i was sitting in traffic and i heard the moter tone change so i pressed on the gass and i see black smoke comeing out of the tail pipe <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
so i pulled it over and had a frind come and tow it to the shop
still no news yet but i let you all know when i get it back <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

It's not hard but the screws are just retardly easily to strip. Might as well save yourself the trouble and grind them now. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

thats why they make impact drivers <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> or just use a hammer on the screwdriver to help it while u loosen the screw <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
