I came across this wonderful product today and thought I'd look into it a little further. I've heard of a few different controllers working a few different ways. Basically I am looking for one where I can set it and just use my lights as I normally would, only they wouldn't close 100%. First off, I only want the sleepy eye look when the headlights are OFF. And when they are turned on I want them fully up.

I saw in an Options video that showed exactly what Im looking for. With the headlights OFF it had the sleepy look, but when the headlights were turned ON, the lids closed all the way and then opened fully. And when they were turned back off, they returned to that same "sleepy" look.

I don't want to have to fiddle with this damn controller every time I want to turn on/off my headlights. So if this controller will do exactly what I described above...Im going to snag it. If not, I don't think I'll waste my time. Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this product.

You can mechanically modify them so they don't go all the way down. This would probably require a bit more effort though.

riot- I put one of these controllers in my friends 240, it works awesome, although some times you do have to fine-tune it because for some reason it doesnt go back to the exact same position every time. It also comes with a cool intake temp. led guage built into it.  I would recomend ordering it through AutoImaging.com , they were really nice and provided english instructions (it comes in all japanese) good luck!

Actually, this is the same shop I was speaking to about this. &nbsp;Good to hear it works how I want it to. &nbsp;I'll be ordering tomorrow. &nbsp;Could you expand on the installation a little? &nbsp; Was it easy?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/eh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':eh:'>
