Editing my post.

It took me 3 months to get my clutch from them, and they only sent it after I bothered them with emails and instant messages.

My friend Soap has been very helpful in trying to get my money back, but Martin finally decides to ship out the clutch.

When I receive the package, not only is it 3 months too late, but Martin tried to get away with sending me an OE pressure plate when I specifically ordered an Exedy 2100lbs pressure plate.

I'm VERY dissatisfied with VIP Garage.

Will NOT buy from again.

dude you have got to be kidding me. We sent you the clutch to help you out. you know full well what was going on and why you never got your clutch from Speed Factor. there was never an order through us at VIP Garage but i wanted to help you out and didn't want you to get the shaft because of the situation. We paid for that out of pocket, never asked for anything for it.

Even then did you bother to inform me that you had a concern with the clutch you got? Of course not, Soap just told me about this. And needless to say you posted this a while ago. We aren't mind reader, i can't do anything about it if you don't tell me.

And this is the e-mail that i got from you the day before you posted this thread.

I gotta say THANKS! for sending out that clutch. It sucks to hear that XXXX isn't going to do anything about everything that happened, but at least you guys are away from that bastard.

This was when you SAID you shipped out the clutch.

It was never shipped out until 3-4 weeks later.


And Martin, look at the day my post was edited. I placed my order April 15, 2005, and I still had not receieved the clutch by my last edit date.
