intake manifold weight

Anyone know how much a intake manifold(both top & bottom), and the throttle body weigh's i need to know asap to find out how much shipping will cost.

i just had mine off the other day ..
with these are guestimates ok ..

the together .. i know the upper is like 6-8 lbs.. and the lower with everything connected including that EGR pipe is about 15-20 .. so figure like 20-30 .. it looks light but it sure don't feel that light when ur trying to hold it with one hand and connect shit underneath it ..
