She was out on bond on those charges when she turned herself in Monday in Marion County, about 80 miles north of Tampa, where the cousin lives. There, she is charged with lewd and lascivious battery and exhibition. She was released Monday on $25,000 bail.

The first we heard of this was 1 year ago. She did 9 months in jail and was later thrown back in jail because she contacted the kid(she wasn't supposed to) through her myspace page. She sent the video from her camera to the kid's camera just recently and was jailed a third time.
