All right mu front left headlight on my (1990 240 base) went out and I bought a new lamp and pluged it in and it didnt turn on, The connections look good, Do you think the Fuse is bad????????????? One more other question I just happened to check under the Fuse box and looks like I am missing a couple of fuses Here are the one that are not in there, IGN Coil FL 30A anti skid, NP, 20A Anti skid, Ok for the IGN Coil 30A and 20A anti skid fuses on the box there isnt that metal crap that hold the fuse in place. So is it a bad thing that I dont have the fuses??????? and the headlamp do you think its the Fuse that out thats why it dont turn??????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Antiskid is HICAS. If you don't have HICAS obviously you wouldn't have the fuse for it.
Some of those are for options you don't have. Check both sides of the terminals where the fuse would go, and if one side doesn't have a shiny terminal then you don't have the wiring for it, and putting in a fuse wouldn't do any good.
Check your fusible links (big fuses in the relay box near the battery). Then check all your grounds. Then check all your wiring. Then if still no go then check your light switch.

Yeah thats what found out that IGN coil FL30A and NP doesnt have that stuff ofr the fuse to connect too. Well Ill only be ablt to really investigate 2morrow when there is light but what is the possiblity that It can be that fuse?? the light switch works the right headlight goes on and so do all the fog lights.
