Doesn't come with the pilot bushing, u can get one at phase2 tho. I believe it's rated to hold 450hp. As for pick up I pm'ed u.

I swapped out my exedy hyper single for this clutch, the rps grabs hard and is not too harsh for daily driving like the Exedy HS was :D
