Honestly to just rebuild a stock T28, you mind as well buy a new one and get something better. Just my opinion.

+1 for turbo city my friends dad took his automatic stock turbo volvo wagon there and those guys did some small minor tweeks to the stock turbo and that wagon probably gained a couple of horses of power due to the tweeks. this was back in 2001. None the less a good place thats very smart and know how to hook that snail with more life:bigok:

i can rebuild it for you, replace bearings, oil seals, c-clips and flush the cartridge out.. that will rid it of any shaft play and also wont leak oil

$160 for basic rebuild

o ok thats pretty cool... a good price...but are you located in VA?
my turbo has shaft play right now and blown oil seal that i know of...i was told the bearings are new/ not sure...
