Does anyone know this lip or bumper?

This is one of the sickest s13's i have seen in a long time...can anyone tell me some specs or at least where i can find that lip/or bumper. I'm not sure if it's a lip.

yea. chargespeed makes a nice one. i was always contemplating whether to get the lip or a body kit and decided to go sleeper.
