Megan Racing short shifter

Does any one know where there are instructions on how to install this short shifter? Or even pictures or something. I dont know where all the metal collars and plastic rings and shit go, Please help me out, thanks.

check the FSM everything should be in there. shouldnt be much different.
for stock shifter theres a plastic ring that goes on bottom, and then a C collar or whatever its called that goes in second to keep the shifter in the tranny.

No there are many more peices involved with the short shifter

I had to install one yesterday on a friend's car. Cut the white plastic bushing supplied so you can slip it between the ball joint (just cut it through once and twist it around the shaft) and cylindrical part of the shifter. If you look at the stock shifter, you can see how it is suppose to be. If done correctly, the ball joint should be sandwhiched in between the new bushing and the stock bushing that is already in the transmission. After you have done that, slip the blue ring down the shifter, followed by the blue plate so that the plate pushes the ring down on the bushing. Now you will probably notice that the plate fits perfectly over the shifter hole. Use the metal brackets and screws supplied to fasten it on the inset under the blue plate that is on the tranny. how does it feel? any shorter throws than before?

The shifts are a lot shorter then the stock shifter and it also tightened it up a lot its not nearly as sloppy, so far im happy with it, and especially for the 50 dollar price tag. thanks goes out to Chris at undergroundmotorsports
