I just placed an order from SPL Parts on some suspension parts for my s13. I was wondering if anyone could let me know what type of ride quality to expect. Which the types of components are on your car and such.
Items I ordered are:
Pro tie rod ends
Front tie rods/z32
RUCA
Traction rod
Toe arms
Pro aluminum subframe bushings.
All parts needed immediate replacing so I figuered to go aftermarket.
Your input with install and general responses are welcomed.

yeaah great choice!
i have that entire setup. boht on my old s13 (RIP) and my new s14
get a good alignment!!
thats the key
car will be stiffer but also more responsive. its easier to get a perfectalignment w/o depending on those shit eccentric bolts, and the SPL i have hda for aabout 3 years, never any problems no signs of fatigue and never failure.
on my s15 subframe

Thanks Dousan for the pics and response. I will be taking apart my subframe in the morning and bushings, to have everything ready for sat. when my parts are scheduled to arrive.

you might want some tension rods too. and replace the lca bushings, lca ball joints, rear spindle bushings, end link bushings and you'll have a good setup.
from my experience with the spl arms. it didn't exactly make the car feel harsher but i can't say it's better or worst (ride comfort). but the car is a lot stiffer with the rocking test. usually i have my coilovers set at softest and i can shake my car (go outside and jump on it with my weight). but after putting the arms on it felt like atleast a 4 setting if not 5(my stiffest). being stiffer without more harshness is great.
