Fit lovers have their thread so here's mine.
The heterolife partner is picking one up on saturday.
Think curb weight of 2200lbs + 108 horsies.

Stock. Not too bad if you like mini 4x4s.

That's more like it.

PERSONALLY I still like the fit better, but the Yaris ends up much cheaper, and you can pick one up NOW.

Oh no a POS Q45.
Fucker. I think the Yaris + 4 people = a completely blown suspension. Haha!
You should see this thing (and you will come saturday) it's like a RC car.
It looks like it has TONS of room inside though. I swear toyota has invented some sort of extra Yaris dimension.

sweeeet
ill be there fri nigh. garage works on saturday and back sat for new coilover installs and general regular drinkin' smokin' and cursin'.
Yaris is ridiculously cheaper than the Fit. The Fit has even more magical interior space though.

I think both cars look really nice. It just means we're going to see more old people drive young and hip cars; I think scion started this new trend and is very successful at it.

What's funny is Toyota is winning.
Scion = Toyota
xA = ist
xB = bB
and
Yaris = Vitz
Honda has the Fit (same name)
Nissan has nothing here, but they could bring the Cube at least.
I know they're going to sell the 'Versa' which is a regular J-market car, but it's not in the same category as these.. more like a Corolla fighter.
Toyota is smaert.

fit is faster than the yaris though, even with 200 extra pounds and only one extra horse.

You can drop a supercharger for the Vitz, right?
Should be a fun DD, great on gas, cute with looks...
EDIT: I just went to toyota.com and build one for myself... they are cheap, bang for the money

I have wanted a vitz for 3 years. They are awsome little cars. They are everywhere *wearing echo badges* in Quebec.

see them all reviewed and compared here http://www.caranddriver.com/comparisons/10925/15000-cheap-skates.html
Comparison Test Review: Dodge Caliber SE vs. Honda Fit Sport vs. Hyundai Accent GLS vs. Kia Rio5 SX vs. Nissan Versa 1.8SL vs. Suzuki Reno vs. Toyota Yaris S
And the Fit wins out on top for being the handling monster of the bunch while still being kinda VIP. Go vtachs it seems.

Fit interior > american Yaris suck interior.
but
200lbs more, and 1 pony all for 5 grand extra...
and as far as Fit vs Yari handling...
Plus who the hell keeps a stock suspension anyway?
Rogan it's the boss's birthday this saturday too (wanna price me some 16x7 +30ish wheels?)

been looking at toyota yaris, honda fit, and scion xB. looks like the yaris liftback only comes in 2 door now.
looking for a good gas mileage car thats roomy inside. ive been in my friends xB and its like a minivan inside.. would make a good roadtrip car and hauling stuff back from so cal like wheels. seems like the yaris is falling out of my favor since it doesnt have the spacious interior like the fit or xB.

So the Yaris are avilable now in the USA? I tried lookin' for a FIT here in Grand Junction for my mother and I can't find one. She's a picky mom though. I already suggested a Porshe and some BMW but she wants a Honda.
