hey guys. I picked up a 95 240sx a few days ago and have a question about exhausts. It came with a GP Sport dual exhuast and while I love the look, I find it too loud. Is there any other system out there that has the same look, but not as loud? Thanks

I believe there are many threads covering the issue of loud exhausts, both dual/single (Search function is there for a reason). Anyway, if you're looking to get something that is not too loud, you could buy 2 silencers (for dual) for your current exhaust system, or if you are willing to get a whole new exhaust system that is also dual, there is the Apex'i N1 Dual Cat-Back Exhaust System (but you would also have to buy 2 separate silencers which means more $$ spent). If you don't care too much about the Dual look, go grab a single exhaust system and buy something like an Apex'i GT Spec (comes w/ silencer). Basically, there are a number of exhausts out there.. just depends what you're aiming for.

BRM makes a nice exhaust that has a very stock look with the dual tips. It's a pretty deep tone but not too loud IMHO.

I have been reading and thought that there weren't any silencers for dual exhausts. Where can i get them for duel exhausts?

Get an apex ECV. Lets you silence the exhaust from in the car.

No more putting in and taking out silencers. Fucking with the silencer is so 2003 anyway.
:D

You bought the car with that exhaust so it didnt cost you jack, cut up the exhaust and put a magnaflow resonator. It will smooth out the tone just a little- END of problem.
