springs!!!! do sprint springs suck

alright basically my sisters friends bought me some springs she told me they were tanabe super downs but she said that they dont make those for 95-96 240's anymore but thats not the point . she bought me sprnt springs that state that they'll lower thecar 1.8 inches all around but are these spings good for my car like will they screw up my handling and or will they improve my handling and if not any body want to buy some new sprint springs lol thanks guys

I've never heard of them, and they've never been mentioned around the 240 crowd, so they probably suck. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> Plain and simple.

I've heard sprint's okay, but they lower the car considerably more than most others and they are supposedly a bit too soft. You're going to have to get some pretty stiff shocks to compensate. This is only what I've heard though. Hope this helps.

i have the sprint springs and sprint has been around for a while.....
i dug out an old SCC magazine from 1997 when i was cleaning and sprint did have springs for the 240sx back then....
they r not stiff and rides kinda comfortable..... but i dont know abt being too soft but yeah i think they could be stiffer..... but i got AGX shocks and my suspension is pretty stiff.....
and once i got my 18s i thank god it wasnt stiffer

sprint springs ride very comfortable. I have had these springs for over 3 years now. &nbsp;Still good, not soft but not too hard. &nbsp;Good for everyday driving.

i use them...not too bad although, they could be a little stiffer...good drop though...
