I need to cut a circle, of 3 inch diameter, with a peice of plexiglass. I know there are pie cutters out there and all, but I do not want to have to drill a hole in the middle, it needs to be a perfectly round piece of circle with no hole on it. How can it be freaking done?
Thanks

pie cutters = holesaw? you can try to use a holesaw without the drill bit in the center

Laser cutter. Find an acrylic fabricator in your area.

I dont think plexiglass is the best cutting tool out there.

if I were to use paper to cut myself, would it not be the cutting tool that made an annoying red line on my wrists?

Draw the circle , use a jig saw with a ''fine'' blade, Sand or polish acordingly.

Close, as in good idea, but don't use the fine blade, it will get too hot and fuck up your work... BAD
... what he should do is to cut the circle a little larger than you need it with the fast cut jigsaw blade and then sand it down to where you need it in size, polish to make it pretty.

Close, your idea is there, but it is the other way around:
... his concern was with the circle, not the hole that he was cutting it from, so he needs to cut it a little larger than he wants it, roughcut, then to make it pretty in getting it down to the desired size.

^Roto-Zip still requires a hole be drilled in the middle.
