wheel studs question. HELP!

im currently changing my brake rotors and pads. but suddenly i just found out that my wheel studs need to be replace. i took 2 of em from the hub. and when i was about to put them back. there is no space to hit them back like u can do from the front. i ran out of ideas how to put them back i tried using a deep socket and a c clamp to clamp it hoping it would go in. it did but it failed still...anyone have any ideas that can help me out here?

Uses a lug nut with a spacer and crank it down !!!!! I replace two studs today on my friends car it really easy. Don't worry, you souldn't strip the threads.

yep exactamundo just stick it in and tighten a lug nut on it it should suck in the stud back into the hub...
