damn I dropped my car and all the parts off at the shop today to get my auto swapped for a manual. I hate that damn automatic. Plus if you haven't heard I have a convertible which everyone makes fun of because it's heavy and automatic and slow. Well pretty soon mine will not be any of those three things. It's also gonna go for headers and a high flow cat. The mechanic is pretty cool, he said he'd put on the back lift and if there was any problems he'd give me a call and give me a chance to source the parts b/c I've dealt with him before. He gave me pretty good rates before, he charged me 4 hrs labor for shocks/struts/springs/rims/balancing/alignment which is good compared to some of my friend's experiences. Well wish me luck. Sorry looks like I won't be making this Saturday's meet but I've wanted this since I got the car and my mechanic told me this was a good week. Alright sorry for rambling but I'm gonna be without my baby for a week or two (or maybe more if I forgot some parts! oh no!<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>. at least i got the mr2 sometimes to toy around in, but right now i have no car, no job, a little bit of money and nothing to do. ok see ya.

It'll still be a "bendable" convertable, but it's all good...5spd with bolt-on's and a suspension upgrade sound darn cool! It's more than I've done <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'>

I am so curious, and not just a little bit envious as well, what a heavily modified 240 convertible will be like. &nbsp;I know you have a lot planned for that car, and I'd love to know how everything turns out. &nbsp;However, I'm also a little afraid.

As I'm sure I've mentioned a good hundred times or so, I used to own a convertible, and I hated it. &nbsp;But, I just took the easy way out and sold it. &nbsp;As I read everything you're doing to yours, I wonder if I should've just done the same instead.
