Check all your fuses, both in the underhood fusebox and underdash fusebox. Then check your ECU harness.

If they're all good then check your engine harness that runs underneath the left front fender.

Thanks...and to spot a blown fuse, do i just look to see if they are still connected across the top? also, Is there a way to check those box like things in the fuse boxes?

Most times you can take the fuse out and eyebal it. If the strip of metal is disconnected, you know it's blown. If in doubt, just replace them. They're like $2 for a dozen.

Those boxes are your relays. There is a way but it's a little more complicated since not all relays are the same. Usually a relay has 3 or more wires going to it. The relay's job is to use a small current to control a large current. If you didn't have relays, you have to flow large currents through sensitive components and risk damage.

Also, Would fuses contribute to my gauge cluster not working? I heard they didnt

Definitely. Blown fuse = no power flow = gauge no go.

The only way to check a fuse correctly is to use a 12v test light and it should light on both sides, ACC power will have to be on for some of the fuses to recieve power.

The fuse might look good but not be able to supply enough current to the test light, which would make the circuit most likely inop...

Or you can use a multimeter and test for continuity across the 2 terminals of the fuse.
