I just came back from checking my harness. The two wires(black with grey dot, brown with grey dot) goes to the power stering line.

It is if you have power steering.

I heard you can just switch the lines, I went ahead and got the lines from the rack, the whole ''nine''. Don't run the powerstering without fluid. I would get the connector from a junk yard.

dude if you're talkinga bout the line running RIGHT beside the maf then thats ambient air temp sensor. the wire for the power steering comes off the harness that runs over the driver side wheel well, it comes in through the hole in your chassis next to the master clutch cylinder, wraps around the strut tower and runs down to the hardline (where the pressure sensor is) and no it is NOT needed to run ps, it is only a pressure check. it will not make the system add or subtract pressure, its only to warn the driver of possible "low pressure".

i have another gay ass fucking problem with my harness the part where it also got cut was the headlight hanress that splits up with the main engine harness towards the headlights, that part was cut off so i bought a new one for it then i was told just to connect the wires together and all of the wires should match up and they all did, but the part that got me was there are two black wires with red stripes on them on the new one i bought and it goes from one wire then splits into two does it matter which specific one that i have to connect it with my old one or are both wires the same since it comes out of the same wire? and also there are three red wires that does the same thing and three black wires and i dont know if you have to put them into a certain wire or can they just connect to either one?
