thats the intank walbro fuel pump most of us use, 255 lph hp. if you want to find out more, take about two seconds and type that gss341 part number into google and hit the magical SEARCH button, you will find everything you want to know about it plus the meaning of life! the 30803-1 i think is a serial number, but the gss 341 is the part number, if there are not any numbers other than that i think its their universal 255 hp lph. show i pic and maybe we can tell you more. its a 255lph HP though, which seems to flow more consitently than just a regular 255 lph.

ok heres the pictures of it now, im now wondering if the sock thing at the end of it is the right part that i need, or what, could someone help me out with that?

also in the link you provided it says this...

Follow the directions that came with the pump to remove the fuel gauge float assembly and the pump.

thats gonna be hard to do since i dont have the instrustions for it.

nissanperformancemag.com and go to project 240sr.. they have a write up

Replace that sock with a new one from auto store for 240sx. Putting that in will require ziptieing,.. but it should be all good after that. As long as you do clean soldering.
