now that its hot out i tried to see whats wrong with my clutch. after driving a little it started to slip around 4000 rpms, and the more stop in go situations the more it slips. after this happens I let it idle a little longer and it wouldnt moved in any gear, even though the pedal felt totally fine i would put it in gear and give it no gas, the thing wouldnt even stall out!!! so i started to just put it in gear without even pushing the clutch and it would even stall out. what could it be?
in the winter i didnt notice this problem

The warmer weather might be a coincidence.
Have you check the clutch freeplay? Are the master or slave cylinders leaking fluid?

I had this exact same problem when I first did my swap. Everyone told me the heat was a coincidence too, but when you have the problem, you know it has to be heat related. Anyways I tried several things to fix it, to no avail.

I believe your problem is in the dampener box, and I cant explain why, but I took out the dampener box, ran the phase2 braided clutch line in its place, and the problem disappeared. So yea, I wish I could tell you what the problem was, but I dont know, I just know it went away when I did that. I hope thats helps. Goodluck with it.

CHeck your clutch play. Sit there and feel where the clutch engages and disengages. If it engages and disengages too high, then your effectively preloading the clutch. Try that first. i dunno wut the dampning box got to do with it, if anythign that shiet will make it harder fully disengage the clutch. If your gonna bypass the box, you dont need no damn steel braided

i got no freeplay at all. the clutch seems to engage all the way at the top. i have no play in the edal at all. the master cylinder isnt eating the fluid and and the slave cylinder is working fine

There is your problem. It should move a little before it engages. It's hard to measure, but I've heard an inch is a good amount of free play.

The heat is probably a strange coincidence. I've seen a few other stranges ones myself.

I had it happen to me. Loosen the clutch master cylender and adjust the pedal down. There should be two nuts on the back side of the pedal, and move them back along the bar. The clutch is adjusted out so high that after the disc warms up that it no longer can grab and just starts to slip.
