Anyone have Torque specifics??

Saturday I will be finally installing my Hotshot Header and Apexi N1 Dual...Does anyone know the specifics on how to tighten the bolts on the header? I got a torque wrench from a friend now I just need to know what the torque is? Sorry if I'm not using the terminology properly just a little new mechanical work &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exhaust Manifold to head: 27-35 ft lbs
order &nbsp;5 &nbsp;1 &nbsp;3 &nbsp;7
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8 &nbsp;4 &nbsp;2 &nbsp;6

This is what I got from someone on the forum. I just changed my clutch and took out my exhaust too. (95 240)
