It might just be me or only the people in my area but noone around here seems to know what they are talking about when it comes to the 240.  It just seems to be a new fad to them to the whole "Import Scene."

Here are a select few comments I recived on my 97 240.

"Is that a Silvia Front End?"

"Wow nice Silvia Conversion"

"Is that a Skyline GTR?"

Also a comment made on my friends 91 Fast back.

"When are you gonna do the Silvia conversion on it?"
(Uh huh you mean 180SX?)


Also a comment made about the feature car in the new import tuner(S14 with S15 front)

"Yeah now that's the REAL Silvia conversion"

I concur w/ all of ya. When I 1st got my 92 240, a guy asked me why didn't i get a honda,he said that they were faster than the 240. hmmm how interesting to hear these comments all the time. The import scene is coming to an end with these idiots.

And since we're on the topic of stupid people...

I got my car inspected recently, and in MA the car has to go on the dyno for emissions. &nbsp;

I watched the guy as he loaded the front wheels on to the dyno! &nbsp;I screamed at him from the waiting room... &nbsp;I had visions of my car being launched through the service bay wall. ... "it's a rwd car man..." &nbsp;to which he responded &nbsp;"no way, you shittin' me? &nbsp;I thought all these little four bangers were FWD!"

i had the same problem! lol... i didn't pass it... i was so madddddddd NoX should be like .2 if im not mistaken i had like .27! i just bought the sticker.. but im also from MA.. you think it's in MA where the most 240 ignorant people live? lol
