I need a set of cheap rims quickley and I found these. I know these aren't great but i'm on a serious budget.Sport Max Staggered 17x7 +38 and 17x9 + 35. For $450 I really like the design of these rims and I can't find much this cheap. When I say I need rims fast, I mean I already sold my rims that are on my car. My Uncle fronted me the cash.
My questions are is it ok to be staggered two inches? I normally see 8's with 9's not 7's. And I know the offset isn't great but I could run some spacers. What size spacers would be good to run with these? Here are pics.

Well I searched some more and it seemed like the only problem is that they are heavy, and have a crappy offset. I'm not big on the offset but them being heavy doesn't bother me much at all. I'm not into drifting or anything right now and I know there not as heavy as the pos 18's I have on right now. I really like the design and I do want 17x9's on the back. And like I said I have a very very tight budget. Seems like these are some of the best I can come by for this price. I would like to hear any feedback about their durability though.

Everybody has them but hey...

yea rb has cheap as wheels, and especialy in the sizes you are looking at. Pretty much on the RB site, the higher the offset= the cheaper the wheels haha

If you are so low on funds, maybe you should invest in some stock SE wheels for your car. Is it an S13 or S14? Those large wheel sizes are gonna have you buying larger tires which cost LARGER amounts of money.

I need a set of cheap rims quickley

Why? The car has no wheels on it now? Whats the rush? Like 240FaLKoN said, just get the stock SEs and save up.

why the hell did you sell your wheels before you got a replacement? thats like taking out a kidney for a transplant... before you have a donor!

The sizes just suck. If you want cheap wheels get some used ones. Don't listen to everyone about FN and Sportmax blah blah blah. Their cheap and in really great sizes. Get what you want as long as sizes are good. The ones you mentioned...are not.

Impul RS for $580. 4 17x9 +20s. Those wheels rock.

What about if I had 17x9 in front too?

People fit 17x9 in the front of their cars all day long. Just be weary about putting HUGE tires in there.

Just look through the Wheels For Sale forum, there are plenty of options:

So. . .are you 4 or 5 lug? That could help us out alot in terms of your options.

How about steelies? Those are cheap...but I believe lookin' for used stock wheels are still the best ways to get fast, cheap rims for your 240.

Go to Tires.com and look up the MBMotorsports Weapon. These seem to be the new FN's. Cheap. Look pretty good. Good sizes. Good offsets. Decent weight.

Well I went with my original plan and got a set of new 15x7 +23 enkei mesh. Hope they look good on my Red s13 coupe. Thanks for not letting me convince myself to buy those rims. I wanted something a little bigger but these will do for now. Plus cheaper tires are a plus.

^I'm a big fan of their wheels. They make some that'll fit both S13's and S14's.

Ya If only i had money for 5 lug conversion I would have alot easier time.

Last question without starting a new thread. What tire size is recommended for those enkei's? I want the biggest tire without having to roll or anything. thanks.

heh.. you won't need to roll with that offset... and are you even lowered at all?

fit s13's and s14's? I don't see anything wider than 8" or an offset lower than +33. Only thing going for them is the price, and they are so cheap I am not sure I could trust their strength or quality.

Dude, just go get some 5Zignen FN01R-C's. Lightweight, affordable, and good sizing. You live in Wisconsin, so its not like in California where every 240 has one. Even here, hardly anyone has those wheels. I guess California=Home to 80% of 240s in existence with FNs. Go to http://www.splparts.com/ .

/End of discussion.
