I got PROFILED today...

I was driving, like a good lil' boy... to my house.. Not speeding.. not even revving above 3K RPMs.. I might've taken this U-turn a little tight.. but it was wet so its not like you could've heard anything..
Anyway, so you have to make a U turn at the circle at the end of my street and then park in front of my house.
I had turned around and parked in front of my house allowing my car to idle for cool down (no turbo timer) and I see a cop coming down the street towards me.. So I turned off my car and took out the key and undid my seatbelt WITH THE QUICKNESS.

My car was off when they passed me, but they hella mean-mugged me (there were 2 cops in the car).
I mean.. they were being dicks.. they passed me... really really slowly, staring me down as they passed.. then they u-turned at the circle, almost pulled up right behind me.. stopped and hesitated as if they were gonna pull up behind me... probably to check my registration or something..

and then they slowly rolled by, staring me down as they passed again
I wanted to blow them a kiss...

I hate bored Police men...
I understand that if I were driving like a dick, or being abnoxious that it would have been well deserved.. but I drive my car like a lil' old lady on the streets.. and I just wanted to vent..

I think its just the bored cops we have to watch out for. If I see a cop I pull over and park and wait till they drive away even if they're no where near my car.

No that's what i was thinking. I have snapped on a cop once though for pulling me over. It was enlitening to say the least. He deserved it which is why he didn't arrest me. But I wouldn't have blamed him if he would have.

Don't get me wrong though. I'm most of the time very polite to police officers. If I'm actually speeding or doing something wrong I have no problem facing the concequences(sp). But if I'm pulled over just to be harrassed then I get a lil testy...:rant:

just yesterday I was pulling through a busy intersection when I cop that was sitting at a redlight decided to like... bust throught the intersection and make several people lock up their brakes and almost spin to avoid him in order to pull me over. Come to think of it, all central texas police departments are chock full of corrupt lying assholes... in the last month i've been pulled over in williamson county, westlake, austin, elgin, brenham, and la grange. I haven't gotten a single ticket. just warnings. And i've been driving perfectly legally every single time. I've been pulled over on the highway before even getting to the legal speed limit, pulled over going 40 in a 45 zone and the cop said it was a 35 zone just to give himself an excuse, pulled over on the highway going 65 in a 65 and the cop said I was going 85, just lying and bad attitudes in general. But no tickets. *sigh*. I guess thats the price we all pay.

A cop pulled him over an asked for his L's, his reg an proof of insurance. Well, I left Cali and I'm now in Bama and got pulled over for the first time in years. I was driving home at 2am - no one on the roads here at that time and I was on a curvy road so naturally i had to drive "spirited." Didn't see the cop at all but around the first couple of turns I see a car coming up on me and taking the turns FAST. I knew it was a cop from the speed he was coming up. So I see if I could lose him and take some more turns fast and then I hit a straightaway and I don't want it to SEEM like i'm TRYING to get away and he's just flying trying to catch up, so I slow down and he finally hits the lights on me. The cop was young and he comes up and asks for my L's and all. Then he asks how long I've been here and where I'm coming from/going. Then he says, "I see you built your car with a need for speed but the speed limit here is 30mph. This isn't Indianapolis here. If you're gonna go 20 miles over the speed limit, just make sure a cop isn't behind you. I'm not gonna cite you for it. Have a happy easter." I love Alabama. No knowledge of the SR whatsoever.
