i know it has been out for a while, my gf finally remembered to grab it when we were in blockbuster. all i can say is wow. i have found another movie to add to the top 10. what were ur thoughts on it?

I like it! I definitly think it's a great movie. My favorite parts are when they are doin the drugs and it cuts to all the scenes of the 'drugs-path'...ie, into the dollar bill, in the nose, in the system, their eyes widen, etc etc.

Definitely one of my favorite movies. I just love how it's so messed up and shows the downward spiral that the main characters go down as their addictions worsen and worsen. Screw all that anti-drug DARE crap in schools, they should show this :D

The soundtrack is also badass.

Who knew a Wayans could act? But seriously though, it's an awsome film. Right up there with Trainspotting in my list when it comes to the depiction of addiction in a film.

Requiem for a Dream is actually my favorite movie period. Awesome cinematography and plot.

When the movie first came out I met Androvsky at my college, he did a screening of the movie at my school, then Q and A afterwords. The guy is so NorCal/humbolt county lookin'

It was disturbing but i liked it. My friend let me have his copy "You might as well take it cause i'm never gonna watch it again"

I Love this movie! The cinematography is just amazing. period.

Also, +1 on PI being a completel mindfuck. I have seen it like 5 times, and its still a little hard to digest.
