I'm not trying to be antagonistic, that's just how ti works here. Zilvia is big and slow enough as it is without extra database entries to muddle it further. There is A LOT of info here! You just have to search rather than rehashing things that have been difinitively established years ago.

...and to answer your question; NO. It is NOT legal in Nebraska, nor any state in our union... now if you're making a track car, that's entirely different... that's what I'm working towards :D
