Eddie and Dave both readily admit to being heavily influenced, and listening to some of Dave Chappelle's standup allows one to hear Rich's rehashed old school shit, right down to subject matter, brashness and language.

Please elaborate. I've seen/heard his specials and nowhere does he claim being Mexican (Hondureño I think). Quite the opposite, he jokes about being Mexican in LA but Puerto Rican in NY. What has he stolen? Now George Lopez...

I agree with Nemeguero, though I dig him a lot, Mencia's delivery was sharper before he got the Comedy Central show.
