I have a brand new, never welded, 3" boost operated exhaust cut out. The dump will open at 1psi, and close again when you have vacuum. I bought this brand new, and never installed it. Great for daily driving to keep the car quiet while not boosting. Made of stainess steel.

Purchased from www.atpturbo.com for $235 plus shipping
This is a picture of my unit:

I realize I am not well known on this board, so you can check my rating at www.mr2oc.com, www.mx6.com, and ebay. The name is xxtavixx on all three.

I am asking 220 shipped in the lower 48.

So.. I get what it does.. but how exactly does it work? I mean.. what does the piping look like to install this thing?

You can do it a few ways, the two most popular are to weld one end of the "T" pipe that comes with it to the aproppriate flange, and mate that part on your mid pipe/down pipe (depends on the location and room available), and a reducer on the other end, or cut out a length in an existing 3" pipe and weld this in it's place.
