Is it me or does the clock on the dash of my 89 s13 stay on all the time. The car is off, doors closed.. and everything. It is still on. Is this supposed to be happening?

if you held the power wires in your hands, youd be able to power that clock. Dont worry about a drain on your system. But if it bugs you THAT much, you probably can rig it to your radio by splicing into the radio power wires. But thats a lot of work for a little change, not to mention I'm not 100% if that will still keep good time.

yah, it's LCD, basically the static you have on your hands will power it
