loosen the screws on the comp housing and turbine housing. throw the turbo on the manifold and turn the center cartridge how u would like it. turn the turbine housing how u need it and turn the compressor housing how u need it. u may need some pb blaster oe wd-40 to loosen the turbine side.

also man once u clock it,make sure u apply thread lock, they will vibrate out if you don't.if you decside to re-sell it, the buyer would have to deal with it.

i never used thread lock...i guess its a good idea but the turbo has its own thread lock on it....that orange stuff on the screws.

1. position that so it will work with your piping. outlet would be roughly....2-3 degrees i'd say.
2. position the oil return at about 265-270 degrees.
3. jus mount that to the manifold and adjust from there.

so the oil return, exhaust side and compressor side move independently when u unbolt?

yup....provided the turbine side isnt stuck to teh center cartridge. which sometimes happens with older turbos cuz of rust and some much expansion and contraction.
