Okay, so it has taken forever for even remotely decent looking motorcycle games to come out.
Moto GP 4 was supposed to be coming out this week, but they pushed it back to next month because they released Tourist's Trophy today. My question is, what do you guys think I should do, go ahead and buy TT today and THEN decide whether to get Moto GP when it comes out, or should I wait on the game that I wanted in the first place?

... more information is shown for TT because it is actually out right now.

I dunno...I hear TT's pretty good. And it's Polyphany. They have the racing formula down...Not a real bike moto race fan though personally.

EDIT: In addition if your like me the grass is always geener on the other side. So no matter which on I would get i'd probably wish I got the other.

So in conclusion, my opinion is useless

Get Tourist Trophy. I've read great reviews on the game, its from the developers of Gran Turismo.

If you really like em, why not get em both? (you can always resell the one you got to buy the one you really want)

I haven't played Moto GP 4 , but I've been playing JDM TT for like a month and a half, it's pretty shallow. There are tons of cool bikes, from old to new, scooters to race bikes, but the racing just isn't much fun. Driving cars in GT4 and riding bikes in TT is a whollllle lot different. It's fun for awhile but it's just like GT4 in that the physics seem a bit weak, it's teh same tracks (minus Nordeschlieffe!! wtf?) and the opponents are kind of doing they're own thing.

Rent it first. I remember loving Moto GP 2 , I didn't "love" TT. I think Polyphony is getting by on quantity over quality. They pack a ton of cars or bikes to outweight the shallow gameplay and lame physics.

I gave in, I went and bought Tourist Trophy, I will play it when I get home from work tonight, and as much as I can make myself play it.
... then I will decide whether to buy Moto GP 4 next month when it comes out.

Yeah, the tourist trophy ads on TV are impressive. I dunno about Physics in a bike game.

Tourist Trophy has been pretty fun so far, before my brother kidnapped it yesterday while I was not home to gnaw his arm off, it was difficult learning the motorcycles' physics, having played car games all my life, cars have always been more forgiving, but the fact that I knew the tracks from GT4 is making the learning a bit easier.
