WTB s13 bumper stock rims and,or aftermarket rims

I need a bumper with in good shape. Red would be great if the paint was nice but any color will do. I also need a set of stock rims with decent tires to hold me over til i get the cash for a better set. Which brings me to my next need. Preferrably I would like a set of rims with that are 17x8 or bigger but will take a look at anything you have for sale. Thanks

red pignose off a 90 vented for an overheating headgasket lol,realy the bumpr is in good shape just alot of lil stone hits ,were the black grills are suposed to be is removed,email me I'll get a pic

I have a set of stock steelies with black painted hubcaps with a little paint chippin, tires got a good amount of thread left in them, I would say 60-70%. I currently have a post up in the wheels and tires titles "Steelies,Black caps" check that for pix. I have an offer of 80 PU.
