I went to the junk yard today, and found some really good stuff for my 240! I got some used alpine 4x6 plate speakers, the trunk hatch thingy that opens when the hatch does, a antenna, and MAFS all for $40 <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> After i paid for everything, I was like if the MAF doesn't work can i bring it back... and he was like, "shit i didn't know that was there? Oh well, if it doesn't work too bad cause normally i sell those alone for $50!"
I installed it and reset my ECU. Drove for a little while to let it learn i guess, then pulled over and did a dianostic check of my ECU. Here is what it did...After being turned all the way to the right, it blank three times fast, then four times fast, then five times fast. Then it waited a second, and blank once slow then twice fast. Then it started back from three times fast! I am guessing that still means there is something wrong w/ my MAFS? It still blows black smoke, and has a little engine stutter when idling, but it is way better than it was before! That is why i don't thinkit is the actualy MAF, but maybe the wires comming from the plug to werever they go?
Anyone have any ideas if i can buy this at like NAPA or D.A.P.? What else can do to get rid of the engine stutter? It used to drop all the way down to 500rpm, but now only drops to 950 from 1200 w/ the a/c running, and down to 850 w/o the a/c!
As far as my rev limiter thing, I have had two good ideas thrown at me by fellow zilvia members. This what my engine does when i talk about the rev limiter kicking in!

hell, why dont u just eliminate the cat and resonator and do 2.5" to the muffler.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
Has anyone else had this same problem, and fixed it this way? I am pretty sure the cat and resonator are pretty dirty, but the actual muffler and pipping doesn't seem too bad. I will try this at a last resort!
Here is the other solution:

I had a chance at work to look under my car on a lift and noticed a sensor on the transmission was either cut or broken, and i can't remember, exactly were it was, but it defenately was on the tranny! Could this be the cause? It seemed like it was supposed to be plugged in and shit! I mean why would they put something on it if it wan't needed?
I am hopping i can go out of town this weeked, so i need to get this puppy in top shape for the road trip!
Also when i was at the junk yard, i saw a few things, that people might be interested in, so check out my thread in for sale wanted forum!
