on a stock motor what kind of power can I expect to see with your set-up plus all the bolt on's??

depending on boost levels you can see over 300whp @ 17-18psi of course i would recommend getting a headgasket there. Some cams would denifitely open it up a bit more. I wanted to get some hks 264 step 2's. ive seen a few people around 370whp @ 20psi.

Would the Enthalpy tune be able to work with a T-28?

well im sure it doesn't flow quite the same so i think it may not run correctly. my guess is you would run extra rich because it doesn't flow as much. if anything you could always get a retune.
