In my opinion?

This (http://a332.g.akamai.net/f/332/936/12h/www.edmunds.com/pictures/87986.jpg) is my favorite body kit.
It was designed with a sleek look and the inward slope of the front bumper allows for maximum clearance even when the car is lowered a large amount

too lazy to get a pic but C-West for S13s is the best, slap a Type-X wing on the back with some kouki tails. That would be my dream car.

Oh and BTW, ground effects and a body kit aren't the same thing...not the true (or original, not sure which) meaning of the word anyway.
ground effect (http://www.ukcar.com/sframe.htm?/features/tech/aero/ground.htm)

And to clarify the above post, I don't dislike body kits.
IMO, a well done car (clean, sleek, fast) will always look better than a car with some fiberglass slapped on...
:Edit: and if you can get both...more power to ya! :/edit:

My top five:

1: D-Style by Msports (great all around, aggressive front)
2: D-Style by Wisesports (almost as good, less aggres.)
3. Vertex (great all around, awesome front bumpers)
4. Target (absolutely love their S14&S15 rear bumpers)
5. Yashio Factory (good stuff, good front bumpers)

Honorable mention: Cwestin' (Like their front bumpers but not much else)

thought I'd mention that Ings front bumpers are pretty sweet too but I don't enjoy the rest of the kit.

http://www.lead-racing.com/vertex.s14.s15.htm
On there, you'll find vertex S14 & S15 kits

http://www.abroad-limited-company.co.jp/
There, you'll find both types of D-Style kits

http://homepage1.nifty.com/funafuna/link/link.html
On this page you will find many links including Phenix Auto Center where you can see the Target kits. There are also links to GP Sports, Uras, Buddyclub etc.

http://www.yashiofactory.co.jp/
That is the link for Yashio Factory parts.

http://www.takakaira.com
You can find many other body kits there such as ABflug, and what not.

I think you all know the Cwestin link so I won't bother.

Oh, also, Ings kits can be seen on autoimaging.com
