Transmission shipping costs / companies??

So.. to everyone who has shipped or recieved engines or transmissions, what is the lowest cost way to do it?  What companies will ship?  

Also, I am talking to someone who will sell a '93 manual tranny with clutch, flywheel, and lines to me, and grab a '96 ecu and lower harness.
Will this match up to my s14?

How do I get in touch with R&L carriers? &nbsp;I need this tranny to go from Maryland to Florida...
